• Answering inbound call.

Responsibilities

• To assist accounts executive including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, month-end closing and financial reporting independently for several individual property management accounts.
• To assist in issuing daily invoices and to perform daily administrative works to support Account Department.
• Maintain proper, systematic, and complete filing and documentation.
• Assembly, review, and verification of invoices and payment requests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the completeness of full accounting entries and supporting worksheets or documents for monthly accounts closing by the targeted deadline.
• Oversee and manage all accounting matters: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, AR collection issues etc.
• Ensure Income Statement and Balance Sheet schedules are in placed on monthly basic.
• Prepare full set of accounts for monthly & annual group reporting.
• Review and analyze financial performance, cost and margin analysis, and report any abnormalities to the leadership team for immediate corrective action.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and other relevant authorities.
• Ensure financial and accounting management is carried out incompliance with local regulations and group standard.
• Ensure proper filing of records and documents are maintained.
• Prepare monthly journals and bank reconciliations.

• To receive delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
• To track, document, and resolve any discrepancy on received orders.
• Ensure accuracy of the inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
• Keep up-to-date records of receipts and withdrawals of items from the Store.
• Responsible for packing and delivery to other branches or customer.
• Handling of delivery, the movement of the battery, and stock.
• Perform monthly / yearly stock take.
• Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
